Summary

Verification for addition of phosphorus cycle includes:

1) group code review - ACME developer team at ORNL sit together and reviewed the key subroutines

2) 600 year point runs

3) 20 year global runs

results from all the runs look reasonable. There are  no negative values for C, N and P pools and no NaN for any variables.
