Reservation Method

Book your room at the Bethesda North Marriott via the ONLINE LINK

Reservations by attendees must be booked online through the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel reservation link on or before Friday, September 13, 2024 (the “Cut-Off Date”). All reservations will be made, modified or canceled by individuals via the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel reservation link or by calling Marriott’s Reservations toll free number. The Group Rate is guaranteed for reservations made on or before the Cutoff Date. Any reservations made after the Cutoff Date shall be at the Hotel’s then current available rate.

BILLING CHARGES 

Individuals are responsible for their own guestroom, taxes, and incidental charges. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

PHISHING

Please be aware that bad actors can impersonate Hotel employees. Attendees should never rely solely on contact information sent in an email or respond directly to any email requesting a bank account information change.  If you receives a request from the Hotel regarding bank account information, you should contact the Hotel via verified phone number or in person to confirm the request prior to providing such information.
