• May 31, 2024: Share the list of attendees for each EESM-funded project (both in-person and virtual) with EESM program managers 

• June 7, 2024: Submit your oral presentation or poster abstract. (Extended submission)

• July 15, 2024: Register for the EESM PI Meeting

• July 15, 2024: Secure hotel reservations
