All-Hands Presentations and Their Process

All-Hands Presentations

The Meeting Notes for the All-Hands Presentations.

To create a new meeting note page for the all-hands meeting, the easiest way it to copy the /wiki/spaces/CNCL/pages/782730008, change the title and date, and add the presenter and the presentation title to the table at the bottom, then save the page.

The recording of the meeting

We use gotomeeting session for the all-hands presentations because of the easiness of recording and good quality and small size of the resulting movie. As a host of the meeting, after you start the gotomeeting session, find the recording button and start recording when you are ready. After the meeting is finish, when you close the session, the window will appear asking if you would like to convert the recording to mp4, agree to it and it will convert the recording to mp4 and create a file on your computer. You will be able to go to the directory where the recording was created. Add this recording to the meeting page, link it to the table with the presentation and notify Renata so she can add it to the public website at https://e3sm.org/about/events/all-hands-presentations/ .
