2023-02-09 All-Hands Presentation Meeting Notes

The Deep Dive Team on Phase 3 Reporting will present the new E3SM reporting procedures. The over-arching goal of the deep dive was simplification from the previous Jira system, while providing useful tools for planning and accountability. The new system retains epics and bi-weekly reports, but is completely contained in a simple Confluence page for each epic, plus roadmap pages written by group leaders. Additional summary pages will automatically show the epics and reports for all the E3SM groups. We hope to make this a helpful and convenient reporting tool for E3SM staff.
