WebEx Sessions Etiquette:
Be advised that all sessions will be recorded in the meeting rooms and adjacent foyer.
Audio and video may be active in the recording mode between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
If you have problem logging in, please contact Administrative Contact (see above)
Upon entering the session, please mute yourself and switch the camera off, unless you are presenting or asking a question.
When using the camera feature, be mindful of the background.
You may not take screenshots of attendees without their consent.
Participants will be able to submit questions and comments through chat or slack channel. There will be a dedicated person monitoring the chat and Slack channel questions and discussion.
Participants will be able to use the “raised hand” function to ask a question or make a comment. Microphones are to remain muted until the moderator (or alternate) advise otherwise.
Slack channel discussions are encouraged before and after the session, but NOT during the session to keep distractions to a minimum.
Shortly after the meetings recordings be posted on Confluence.

There are 4 dedicated channels for the E3SM 2023 June All-Hands Meeting, they are accessible through E3SM-Project and ESMD-BER slack workspaces. The channels are as follows:

e3sm2023ah-room2 for sessions in Breakout Room 2
e3sm2023ah-posters for discussions around the posters
Everyone in E3SM should already be a part of E3SM-Project slack space. Ecosystem projects and others can ask to be added to the ESMD-BER slack space. Please contact Rob Jacob (jacob@anl.gov) for any slack issues.
