Note: Anyone (anonymous user) will be able to view the submitted poster and its page, but only people who have account on this site will be able to create a submission page, edit it , add comments. If you are part of the ecosystem projects, but do not have an account, please contact Renata (renata@llnl.gov)

Check E3SM Phase 3 Templates for E3SM poster and presentation templates. You are free to change it to suit your need. In-person posters should be 42x42 in in size, and the digital poster can be either a poster or a presentation.

Poster abstract submission deadline is June 12, 2023.


To submit a poster please click ‘Submit a Poster’ below and fill in the table:

  1. Change the page title at the top to a very short phrase of your title

  2. In the table on the page:

    1. In ‘Full Title’ write the full title of your poster

    2. In ‘First Author’ either add the first author or a corresponding author, provide the name and the email

    3. In ‘All Authors’ list all authors, add their affiliations

    4. In ‘Topic' choose one of ‘Atmosphere', ‘Land - River - Human’, ‘Ocean - Ice’, ‘Coupled System’, ‘Performance - Algorithms - Tools’

    5. In ‘Project’ specify the projects you are representing, like ‘E3SM’ or an ecosystem projects

    6. In “Abstract' write your abstract

    7. In ‘In-person’ answer either ‘yes' or 'no’ depending if you are planning on bringing a poster with you for in-person meeting. Note that in this case you still need to submit a digital poster file and provide a link to a way to discuss it publicly with people that are virtual.

  3. Publish the page by clicking ‘Publish’ at the top right

To add a digital poster/presentation file:

  1. After you created your poster (it can be a presentation file as well), edit your submission page, position your cursor in the ‘Poster’ row in the white space, then go to your files and drag and drop the file onto the page.

  2. In Discussion Link - add a link to the place where you would like the discussion to take place, it can be a link to slack space, a google doc (public link) or an email

  3. Save the page by clicking ‘Publish’ at the top right
