Introduction to e3sm-diags
Abstract:
E3sm_diags is a python-based diagnostics package being actively developed for supporting E3SM model development. The primary goal is to bring analyses and datasets identified by E3SM scientists quickly into routine evaluation workflow to facilitate model development. E3sm_diags mostly focuses on atmospheric variables. Support for land and river variables is in working progress. The webinar will introduce diagnostics currently are available, discuss planned new features, explain how to contribute, and briefly introduce the new running method supported beginning e3sm_diags version2.
