MEETING ROOMS:

Each meeting room will be equipped as noted below, including Mac friendly USB-C dongles. These dongles are marked (property of LLNL Climate Prog…) and should remain in the designated meeting room with our DOE/LLNL supplied projectors. It is appreciated if you would bring your HDMI dongle(s) as well for potential back-ups in the breakout rooms.

PRESENTATIONS:

  • POST PRESENTATION TO CONFLUENCE BY 6:30 PM, 1-DAY PRIOR TO SCHEDULED TALK

  • EMAIL @Nunez, Cheryll T.  and @Presley, Jenella WITH PRESENTATION UPDATES 

    • CHANGES TO TALKS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 1-HOUR IN ADVANCE OF SCHEDULED PLENARY TALK

  • DELAYS IN SUBMITTING PRESENTATIONS ONLINE AND IN A TIMELY MANNER ARE IMPACTFUL TO THE MEETING SCHEDULE

  • ALL PLENARY TALKS WILL BE LOADED ONTO THE PRESENTATION LAPTOP

  • PRESENTERS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO A SLIDE ADVANCE DEVICE AND PODIUM MONITOR

  • NO PRESENTATION LAPTOP SWAPS WILL BE ACCOMMODATED

 What to expect during the Breakout Sessions:

  1. Participants will be able to submit questions and comments through chat. The session lead will designate an alternate moderator for the electronic dialog.

  2. Participants will be able to use the “raised hand” function to ask a question or make a comment. Microphones are to remain muted until the moderator (or alternate) advise otherwise.

  3. Technical support staff will be on-hand to help resolve problems with sound, WiFi, and/or audio.

  4. There will be 1 wired microphone at the podium in each breakout room along with multi-port dongles to allow for connections to a projector and hardwired internet. 

  5. Breakout rooms will be setup to allow for presenters to use their own computers. Plenary talks will be posted in Confluence (by 6:30p) 1-day prior and the AV team will run the talks from their table; a slide advancer will be used by each presenter. 

  6. Shortly after the meetings recordings be posted on Confluence.

TRANSPORTATION:

DENVER TRANSPORTATION & SHARED-RIDE SERVICES: Shared-ride service, also known as commuter shuttles, operate regularly from Denver International Airport. Individual operators may provide pre-arranged, on-demand, and/or charter services to locations within the Denver metro area and the state of Colorado.
