Abstract
Performing post processing on model output can be tedioue, time consuming, and the tools can be brittle and difficult to port. The workflow group has worked with the coupled group to produce an automated workflow to perform many of the required post processing jobs automatically, and concurrently with the model run. Post processing jobs include, data transmission, climotology generation, regridding climotologies, timeseries generation, AMWG diagnostics, and coupled diagnostics. The user is given the choice of which jobs to run, and at what frequency.
