HOW TO CREATE A PRESENTATION VIDEO
There are several options for video based on preference:
There are multiple software options that you may have available to assist in making a video. We suggest that you check with your IT department if you are not certain.
You may also record your presentation with PowerPoint by using Narration, timings and animations. Instructions for how to make and record your PowerPoint presentation are in the links below:
VIDEO REQUIREMENTS
All videos should be submitted in MP4 format.
HD Format (720p) strongly preferred
1280 x 720 resolution
TIPS
In recording, ensure you are relatively free of background noise and/or use the noise cancelling setting on most PC or headset microphones.
Speak clearly and at a natural pace. Follow audio with video can be difficult if you speak too quickly.
Since you cannot point to your screen or presentation as you would in an in-person presentation, use clear references to your presentation when discussing specific diagrams, charts, or elements included.
Choose this Video option:
HD (720p) | 1280 x 720, medium file size | Internet/DVD |
Please feel free to contact the ORISE ESMD-E3SM PI Meeting Team if you have any questions or concerns.
