We are going to use the rooming list. Attendee’s will need to book their rooms independently at Hyatt Regency Bethesda and update their details on the Rooming List Table in the table at the bottom of this page by 11:00 am PT, 10/16/2023.

Meeting Dates: The meeting starts on Tue 11/7 @ 8am and ends on Wed 11/8 @ 12pm.

Guest Room Rates

Hotel confirms the following Guest Room Rates BELOW the prevailing government per diem currently at $193:

Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 13.00%) or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of the meeting. Contract room rates will be available to attendees 3 days pre/post arrival, based on Hotel’s availability.

Note from Mark Taylor Sandia travel system rate was $202/night.

BILLING CHARGES
