Results:
Below are the run times taken from the timing tables for the various tests in the e3sm_land_developer suite.
There is generally a slight increase in the length of run time for initial runs with a more significant increase in some runs. The restarts seem to be minimally impacted. The mean relative difference in run time length is 62% in the initial runs and 0% in the restarts.
