This is an atmosphere-only compset with perpetual 2010 forcings based on CMIP6 input4mips data.

Ocean Initial Condition:
- Extract year 2013 from the time series file at NERSC:/project/projectdirs/acme/inputdata/ocn/docn7/SSTDATA/sst_ice_CMIP6_DECK_E3SM_1x1_c20180213.nc (md5sum: '7147d3e8e432306914b787293f213db9')
- Resolution: 1 degree x 1 degree, monthly
- Use year 2013 to be consistent with the F2010C5-CMIP6-HR compset.
- The file is uploaded on the E3SM input data server at: XXXX

Land Initial Condition:
- Use the year 2010 land restart file from the transient compset (F20TRC5-CMIP6) to maintain consistency between F2010 and AMIP simulations
