We invite ACME team members to submit a presentation abstract for the ACME PI meeting.  The following 3 topics are solicited: (R) Early science or computational Results from the ACME project, (P) Problem-solving or issue topics to solicit ideas and feedback toward creative solutions (F) Future directions that ACME could consider (and why).  A few abstracts may be selected for short oral presentations in plenary session or within the Group break-outs, the others will be presented in poster form.  A poster template with a quad-chart type format will be made available. They will be in the form:


R: Result

      • Objective
      • Approach
      • Impact   

  

P: Problem

      • Issue
      • Solution attempts
      • Ideas

 

 F: Future directions

    • Hypothesis
    • Developments required
    • Expected Impact

Abstract submissions should be submitted by Oct 12notification of oral or poster will be made before Oct 26

The abstract should include the category R, P or F and should identify a target Group or Experiment (Land, Workflow, Water-cycle etc.), please make sure to fill those in in the template inside the blue box. When you click 'Submit a Poster Abstract' button below, a Confluence page will be created for you from a template, please fill in all required information and provide a short abstract. Later on, before the AMCE Fall Meeting, please upload your electronic version of the poster in pdf format to /wiki/spaces/ECM/pages/31130387 , then link your poster to your poster submission page in the last row of the table at the top of the page . (To do so Edit your submission page, position and click your mouse in the last row of the table where the link to the poster should be, then click on 'Link' navigation in top navigation menu, choose ‘Search’ in the po-up window that appears, start typing title of your poster in the search box, it should show your poster in the search help below - it will be refining with each key stroke that you make, choose your poster file, click ‘Insert’, the link to your poster should appear in the text,  then save your poster submission page). All ACME members are invited to leave comments and start discussions on the poster topic or problem confluence pages. We hope to initiate conversations that will be in person at the poster session, and continue later on in electronic form on Confluence pages.
