Notes on logistics and hybrid meeting participation:

1. Breakouts will be fully hybrid; we will use a WebEx session. We encourage meeting participants to consider installing/updating WebEx on their computer before the meeting.

a.     Online participants can submit questions and comments via chat or use the “Raised Hand” function.

b.     A microphone will be available for in-person participants’ questions/comments.

2. Poster presenters:

a. Please follow the instructions here to prepare and submit your poster.

b.     For your 2-minute flash talk, please send a single summary slide to Shaocheng and Susannah by 8pm on Sunday, June 25.  (We will provide a template for this)

c. Shaocheng and Susannah will create a unified slide deck of the summary slides and share it during the meeting to make transitions more efficient.

3. Highlight talks in breakout sessions:

a. Speakers can share slides from their laptops via WebEx slide sharing.

b. Speakers should also send their slides to Shaocheng and Susannah by 8 am on the day of their session as a backup, and/or post the slides to this Confluence page (in the agenda above).

c. All breakout sessions will be recorded, and recordings will be posted to Confluence following the meeting.
