Overview:
This is a special atmosphere-only compset with perpetual 2010 forcings based on CMIP6 input4mips data. The main purpose of this compset is for the HR overview paper to compare with the parallel HR compset.

Ocean Initial Condition:
- Extract year 2013 from the time series file at NERSC:/project/projectdirs/acme/inputdata/ocn/docn7/SSTDATA/sst_ice_CMIP6_DECK_E3SM_1x1_c20180213.nc (md5sum: '7147d3e8e432306914b787293f213db9')
- Resolution: 1 degree x 1 degree, monthly
- Use year 2013 to be consistent with the F2010C5-CMIP6-HR compset.
- The file is uploaded on the E3SM input data server at: https://web.lcrc.anl.gov/public/e3sm/inputdata/ocn/docn7/SSTDATA/sst_ice_CMIP6_DECK_E3SM_1x1_2010_clim_c20190415.nc

- Use the year 2010 land restart file from the transient compset (F20TRC5-CMIP6) to maintain consistency between F2010 and AMIP simulations

- Identical to F2010C5-CMIP6-HR
Aerosol Emissions:
- Use the same CMIP6 MAM4 aerosol emission files as F20TRC5-CMIP6, but specify the year to 2010.

Greenhouse Gas Concentrations:
- Identical to F2010C5-CMIP6-HR
Volcano Forcing:
