To submit a poster please click ‘Submit a Poster’ below and fill in the table:
Change the new page title to a very short phrase for your title
In the table in ‘Title’ write the full title of your poster
In ‘First Author’ either add the first author or a corresponding author, write the name and the email
In ‘All Authors’ list all authors, add their affiliations as well
In ‘Project’ add ‘E3SM’ and/or the name of your ecosystem project or projects
In “Abstract' write your abstract
Publish the page by clicking ‘Publish’ at the top right
To add a digital poster/presentation file:
After you created your poster (it can be a presentation file as well), edit your submission page, position your cursor in the ‘Poster’ row in the white space, then go to your files and drag and drop the file onto the page.
In Discussion Link - add a link to the place where you would like the discussion to take place, it can be a link to slack space, a google doc (public link) or an email
Save the page by clicking ‘Publish’ at the top right
