Reservations by attendees must be booked online through the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel reservation link on or before Friday, September 20, 2024 (the “Cut-Off Date”). All reservations will be made, modified or canceled by individuals via the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel reservation link or by calling Marriott’s Reservations toll free number. The Group Rate is guaranteed for reservations made on or before the Cutoff Date. Any reservations made after the Cutoff Date shall be at the Hotel’s then current available rate.
