The 2023 All-Hands Meeting will be both in-person and virtual and it will focus on updates from the E3SM Leadership Team on project vision and goals, current status, and future plans.

• In-person, in Denver at the Crowne Plaza Denver Airport Convention Ctr.

• Virtual Meeting through WebEx.

• All the sessions together with the breakout sessions will be recorded.

• Lodging at the meeting hotel, Crown Plaza Denver Airport Convention Center, is limited. Please follow this link: 2023 E3SM Spring Meeting II to book your lodging between 6/25-6/28/2023.

Registration

• Registration is open to the public and required. There is NO registration fee

• The registration deadline is June 15, 2023closed. Registration link: https://www.cvent.com/d/10qx23

• The capacity limit for in-person attendance is 180 seats, please register immediately if you are planning to physically attend the meeting. Virtual  Virtual attendance is not limited but also requires registration.

• There will be an in-person session for the poster session. Additionally, to accommodate online participants, all posters will be posted on Confluence. Remote participants can also submit posters to be displayed on Confluence. ESMD supported ecosystem projects are encouraged to submit a poster to highlight their work. The discussion on the digital posters will happen online, either on Slack or Google page, and the authors will provide the link to the preferred discussion online space that is accessible to all.

• You are welcome to use the E3SM templates, see E3SM Phase 3 Templates and you are free to change them to suit your need.

• The in-person posters should have dimensions 42 in x 42 in. The digital poster can be either a poster or a presentation.

• Poster abstract submission deadline is June 12, 2023closed.

• The digital poster file submission deadline is June 23, 2023. Instructions are on the page above.
