In high-frequency mode, ncclimo automatically determines the number of timesteps per day (when which must be an integer >= 1). In high-frequency mode the --caseidoption is optional ( since the user provides all the input filenames). If provided, it caseid is used to rename the output filenames (much the same as the --fml_nm option).
