We invite ACME team members to submit a presentation abstract for the ACME PI meeting. The following 3 topics are solicited: (R) Early science or computational Results from the ACME project, (P) Problem-solving or issue topics to solicit ideas and feedback toward creative solutions (F) Future directions that ACME could consider (and why). A few abstracts may be selected for short oral presentations in plenary session or within the Group break-outs, the others will be presented in poster form. A poster template with a quad-chart type format will be made available. They will be in the form:

Abstract submissions should be submitted by May 23; notification of oral or poster will be made before May 24.
The abstract should include the category R, P or F and should identify a target Group or Experiment (Land, Workflow, Water-cycle etc.), please make sure to fill those in in the template inside the blue box. When you click 'Submit a Poster Abstract' button below, a Confluence page will be created for you from a template, please fill in all required information and provide a short abstract. Later on, before the AMCE PI Meeting, please upload your electronic version of the poster in pdf format to 2015-05-05 ACME Project All-Hands Meeting Posters , then link your poster to your poster submission page. (To do so Edit your submission page, position and click your mouse somewhere in the text where you want to add the link to your poster, then click on 'Link' navigation in top navigation menu, choose ‘Search’ in the po-up window that appears, start typing title of your poster in the search box, it should show your poster in the search help below - it will be refining with each key stroke that you make, choose your poster file, click ‘Insert’, the link to your poster should appear in the text, then save your poster submission page). All ACME members will be /wiki/spaces/ECM/pages/68682335, then copy the link to your poster and paste it on your poster submission page in the last row of the table.
We will have very fast lighting presentations from all posters on the AMCE All-Hand Meeting on Tuesday at 9:20 am. We are asking everyone to create a one-slide presentation introducing their poster to others. Only one slide is permitted and there will be 1 minute to present it to others. Please include one plot/image and a very short description of the most interesting/important fact from your poster. We will collect all these slides and create and print a document that will be distributed at the meeting. It will also serve as a presentation for the lightning poster session. The due date for the one-slide presentation is COB Thu June 2.

Please drag and drop your one-slide presentation for the Lightning Talks from Posters to 2016-06-07 ACME Project All-Hands Lightning Talk Slides . Then copy the link from that page and paste it on your poster submission page in the last row of the table in "8.Lightning Talk Slide"
Your finished poster should be uploaded (drag and drop) on the 016-06-07 ACME Project All-Hands Meeting Posters page and then copy the link and paste in the row #7 in your poster submission page.
