It is the was the joint meeting of the E3SM project with University ESMD projects, E3SM related SciDAC projects and E3SM "Ecosystem" projects, e.g. EAGLES ECP, etc

all projects supported by ESMD including DOE lab-led Science Focus Areas (SFAs) (e.g., E3SM), SciDAC projects, university led projects as well as the projects jointly funded by ESMD and other program areas.

Monday, Oct. 26th to Thursday, Oct. 29th, 2020, 11 am Eastern Time (8 am Pacific Time) to 5 pm Eastern (2 pm Pacific).

This will be was a virtual meeting using zoom Zoom with plenary room and brake-out breakout rooms.

Registration will be required to receive the invitation to zoom meeting. Registration will open the week of Sep 14th.

By the abstracts will be assigned to an oral presentation or a poster.
By presentations for oral presentations as well as poster presentations should be uploaded to the abstract submission pages. The posters will additionally prepare a short (up to 5 min) recording of the poster presentation and upload it to the page as well.

The purpose of the meeting was to review progress, share knowledge and best practices, identify opportunities and challenges, facilitate discussion and foster collaboration so scientists can best work together to advance the development of DOE’s Energy Exascale Earth System Model (E3SM).
