To submit add a poster please click ‘Submit a Poster’ below and fill in the table:
Change the page title at the top to a very short phrase of your title
In the table on the page:
In ‘Full Title’ write the full title of your poster
In ‘First Author’ either add the first author or a corresponding author, provide the name and the email
In ‘All Authors’ list all authors, add their affiliations
In ‘Topic' choose one of ‘Atmosphere', ‘Land - River - Human’, ‘Ocean - Ice’, ‘Coupled System’, ‘Performance - Algorithms - Tools’
In ‘Project’ specify the projects you are representing, like ‘E3SM’ or an ecosystem projects
In “Abstract' write your abstract
In ‘In-person’ answer either ‘yes' or 'no’ depending if you are planning on bringing a poster with you for in-person meeting. Note that in this case you still need to submit a digital poster file and provide a link to a way to discuss it publicly with people that are virtual.
Publish the page by clicking ‘Publish’ at the top right

After you created your poster (a digital-only poster can be in the form of a presentation, it does not have to be a poster), edit your poster page, position your cursor in the ‘Poster’ row in the white space, then go to your files and drag and drop the file onto the page. The poster will show up as a thumbnail in the place where your cursor was.
In Discussion Link - add a link to the place where you would like the discussion to take place, it can be a link to slack spacethe slack channel (#e3sm2023ah-posters), a google Google doc (public link), or an email.
Save the page by clicking ‘Publish’ at the top right

Posters Sessions
“V” in front of the poster number stands for “Virtual Poster”. Those posters are going to be discussed asynchronously and are not bound to the poster session time. The poster presenter indicates on the poster page how they would like to discuss the poster, it can be on Slack or Google Docs or email, as stated above.
