zppy 2.3.1:

A new parameter keep_mvm_case_name_in_fig is added to enable option to turn on and off ref_name in e3sm_diags figure names in model vs model case. The current IICE comparison viewer will work seamlessly again with e3sm_diags output generated with keep_mvm_case_name_in_fig=False for model vs model runs.
