Presentations: Lastname_Firstname_KeyPhraseOrWord_DateOfPresentation; for example: Smith_John_WaterCycleSummary_2020-10-26 or Smith_John_CANGA_2020-10-26
Posters: Lastname_Firstname_KeyPhraseOrWord_DateOfFirstDayOfConference; for example:
Doe_Jane_Aerosols_2020-10-26.pdf or Doe_Jane_Aerosols_2020-10-26.ppt
Doe_Jane_Aerosols_video_2020-10-26.mp4
If you update, please add the word “revised” to the file name

Files for poster presentations should be uploaded to the Google folder no later than Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Daylight Time.
Files for oral presentations should be uploaded to the Google folder no later than 5:00pm Eastern Daylight Time on the day before your presentations.
