FREE SHUTTLE from REAGAN AIRPORT, PENTAGON METRO & PENTAGON CITY MALL: Every 20 minutes the DoubleTree-Crystal City hotel shuttle stops at 3 designated stops between 5:30a and 12:00a daily.

PRESENTATIONS/AV SUPPORT:

A dedicated presentation laptop (Mac) will be used for all plenary session talks. Upload all plenary presentations directly to the ‘agenda’ in Confluence. Anyone who is unable to access or upload your talk to the Confluence page, please email nunez7@llnl.gov, jefferson9@llnl.gov and renata@llnl.gov. Cheryll Nunez will provide AV support and will have thumb drives available at the AV desk in the plenary room (Washington) as well.


MEETING ROOMS:

Each meeting room will be equipped as noted below, including Mac friendly USB-C and Thunderbolt2 HDMI dongles. These dongles are marked (property of LLNL Climate Prog…) and should remain in the designated meeting room with our DOE/LLNL supplied projectors. It is appreciated if you would bring your HDMI dongle(s) as well for potential back-ups in the breakout rooms.

POSTER SESSIONS:

There will be a 2-day poster session with Group-A posters being presented on Tuesday, November 19 @ 4:30p - 5:30p and Group-B posters presented on Wednesday, November 20 @ 5:00p - 6:00p. Posters can be hung in the Commonwealth meeting room as early as 8:00a, Tuesday, November 19. Please refer to the 2019 All Hands Meeting Poster Session Layout for placement advice.
