Abstract
Sensitivity simulations (10 y) were performed in a version of ACME v0, testing the model's climate response to emissions of marine organic matter with sea spray aerosol, under several sensitivity cases. The simulated concentrations and composition of marine aerosol are compared with in situ observations, and the sensitivity to the new emissions of model aerosol properties, cloud distributions and properties, and climate variables (e.g., wind speed, TOA forcing) is examined.
