The Earth System Model Development (ESMD) program area Principle Investigator (PI) and E3SM All-Hands meeting will be held the week of October 26, 2020.
It is the joint meeting of the E3SM project with University ESMD projects, E3SM related SciDAC projects and E3SM "Ecosystem" projects, e.g. EAGLES ECP, etc
When
The meeting will take place the week of October 26, starting around 8 am PT (11 am ET) and ending around 5 pm ET (2 pm PT).
Where
This will be a virtual meeting using zoom with plenary room and brake-out rooms.
Registration
Registration will be required to receive the invitation to zoom meeting. Registration will open the week of Sep 14th.

To submit an abstract for a talk or a poster, please go to Abstract Submission for the 2020 ESMD & E3SM Meeting. Due date for abstract submission is Monday, .
By the abstracts will be assigned to an oral presentation or a poster.
By presentations for oral presentations as well as poster presentations should be uploaded to the abstract submission pages. The posters will additionally prepare a short (up to 5 min) recording of the poster presentation and upload it to the page as well.
