Submission due date is 31 Oct 2019 Poster size should be 42" x 42".

Consider using E3SM template when developing E3SM poster/presentation – see below or go to /wiki/spaces/ED/pages/676168081, E3SM logos can be found on /wiki/spaces/ED/pages/154862006 page. You are free to make any changes you wish to the template, it is meant to help with the design and colors, and it establishes a visual unity for E3SM project, but again, you can make changes as you need.
