 Few Notes ...

Comments from David C. Bader

The 18 month plans I talked about would be roadmaps to complete the Phase 3 proposal objectives and a few Phase 4 preparation items related to OMEGA and EAMxx that were discussed over the past year.

I think the first two days should be mostly parallel sessions, They can start with with presentations from task and epic leaders. Peter Caldwell expressed some concern about getting everyone involved, and I think this approach will accomplish that. Subsequent breakouts would include planning discussion and roadmap updates.

With 4 rooms, we can logically pair groups.

The concept for the 2026-2035 Strategic Plan can be introduced on Day 3. My suggestion is that Peter present the overall concept, followed by Mark and Ruby for the science and computational descriptions. Multiple options for discussion afterward. I would suggest an immediate long break, followed by a general discussion before adjourning the meeting.
