Description

  • DECKv1b piControl simulation: 20180129.DECKv1b_piControl.ne30_oEC.edison
  • Based on /wiki/spaces/SIM/pages/478412855, but with a slightly updated version of the code base.
  • Minor retuning of clubb_c14: 1.08 → 1.06. This is expected to only change net TOA fluxes by a few hundreds of a W/m2.
  • Initial conditions from 0331-01-01 of /wiki/spaces/SIM/pages/478412855.

Note about differences between MOC plots here and MOC plots in a-prime results under Standard diagnostics above: newest MPAS-Analysis takes into account the bolus velocity (eddy effects) from the GM parameterization when computing the MOC. Note that as of May 7th, 2018, a-prime includes the newest MPAS-Analysis (v0.7.5 tag), so in the future a-prime and MPAS-Analysis will be consistent in that sense.
