Results: 

Each modified file was subject to careful code review by the ORNL development team.

The complete package of changes for PR #1807 passed the E3SM Developer's Test Suite prior to integration. Changes were assessed to be BFB for the ECA model configuration. Expected changes from BFB were observed for the crop model component.
