Documentation on Default Data Publication to ESGF under E3SM project

This is the default data publication to ESGF under the E3SM project. Default Set of Model Output for ESGF publication in native format on native grid is published to E3SM project space on ESGF (https://esgf-node.llnl.gov/projects/e3sm/).
