High Res Transition Grid (Proposed)

For use as a high-throughput testing case for tuning v1 atmosphere coupled to eddy permitting ocean (avoids biases from ocean eddy parameterization that will be in the medium res grid but not in the high res grid).

Per coupled model group: Decision on if this grid will be used to be based on cost vs the medium resolution grid.
