MAM3 with Linoz and extra output      x = 2382.79,  mean(x) = 2388.38,   stddev(x) = 43.6466,   stderr(x) = 13.16         ( 11 simulations of 4 months each)     (+2.3% +/- 0.6% relative to MAM3)

The extra cost of Linoz (1.4% +/- 0.5%) is in line with the expected cost of an extra tracer for FV.
