It is the joint meeting of the E3SM project with University ESMD projects, E3SM related SciDAC projects and E3SM "Ecosystem" projects, e.g. EAGLES ECP, etcall projects supported by ESMD including DOE lab led SFAs ( e.g., E3SM), SciDAC projects, University led projects as well the projects jointly funded by ESMD and other program areas.
