  2. Remap a native grid EAM output file:

    1. ncremap -m map_ne256np4_to_1537x3072_highorder.nc -i casename.cam.h2.0001-02-02-00000.nc -o casename.cam.h2.0001-02-02-00000.latlon.nc

  3. Compute spectra.
